Retail Sales Clerk

Responsibilities

• Retail sales, including assisting customers, operating cash registers and credit card machines
• Restocking merchandise
• Light cleaning, including dusting and straightening
• Relief help for soda fountain (Includes preparing and serving ice cream cones, milk shakes, soft drinks, coffee, etc. Also washing dishes and keeping fountain areas clean).

Schedule

The store is open 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You work a variety of shifts during those hours. We try to give you an early shift on the day before your days off and a late shift on the day after your days off.

Gas Station Attendant:

Responsibilities

• Gasoline sales, including assisting customers, operating cash registers and credit card machines
• Assisting customers with gas fill-ups and window washing
• Light cleaning, including sweeping and restrooms

Schedule

The gas stations are open 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You work a variety of shifts during those hours. We try to give you an early shift on the day before your days off and a late shift on the day after your days off. Gas station associates will be trained in store procedures to help in the store when needed.

Soda Fountain Operator

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving ice cream treats, fountain drinks, coffee, lemonade, etc.
• Washing dishes
• Keeping fountain area clean and stocked
• Extra coverage of sales floor

Schedule

The fountain is open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you are strictly a fountain employee, you work a variety of shifts during those hours. If you are employed for both the store and the fountain, your shifts will fall during store hours listed above. We try to give you an early shift on the day before your days off and a late shift on the day after your days off.

Full Time Tackle Shop w/fishing experience

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the Daily Operations of the Tackle shop

Schedule

The Tackle Shop is open 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You will be scheduled for a variety of shifts during those hours. We try to give you an early shift on the day before your days off and a late shift on the day after your days off.

Job Information

Starting Pay:	competitive, depending on experience
Hours:	8 hours per day, 40 hours per week - 2 days off
Housing:	We house some employees in rustic cabins near the store, and can be of some assistance in making other arrangements. Rent ranges from $200 to $500 per month. Employees who live in our housing must be high school graduates and willing to share accomodations with roommates. Because our housing is limited, we give preference to candidates who have their own housing. West Yellowstone has a number of RV parks where people often live for the summer in their own RVs.
Season:	Our summer season is May through October. Applicants who are able to work at least through Labor Day are given priority in hiring. Please be very specific on your application in indicating the beginning and ending dates that you can work.
